The Youth Advisory Board serves to promote youth involvement in local government, increase civic engagement among youth, assist in development of new youth programs, and advise City Council and City Administration on youth and teen issues.

- Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Must be a Sterling Heights resident
- 14-18 years of age
- (High school seniors who turn 19 during their last year of high school can remain a member until their term has ended)
