Payment Options

The 41-A District Court - Sterling Heights has several available options for payments. Deputy Court Clerks CANNOT accept payment directly over the telephone; telephone payments are handled through Point and Pay. 

Please note RESTITUTION cannot be paid online. Restitution must be paid in CASH, at the courthouse. 

To pay online:

You may access Point and Pay via the menu link (Online Violation Payments), or by using your web browser to visit 41-A District Court Payments.

Follow the instructions on the page. You will need your citation/case number to use this method. There is a fee for this service. Payments may take up to 24-48 hours to post to your account.

To pay by phone:

Call Point and Pay at 1-833-228-5606. You will need your name and case number/citation number to pay over the phone. There is a fee for this service. Payments may take up to 24-48 hours to post to your account.

To pay by mail:

Please mail a check or money order, made out to 41-A District Court to the following address: 

40111 Dodge Park Rd. Sterling Heights, MI 48313

Please include your name, and case number if available, on your payment. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. 

To pay in person at the Courthouse:

The address for the courthouse is 40111 Dodge Park Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313. It is located on Dodge Park Road south of the roundabout intersection with Utica Rd, on the south end of the City Center Complex. 

You may make a payment inside of the courthouse at the counter, or by utilizing the dropbox located at the front entrance. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Include your name, and case number if available on all correspondence.  

If your case is with 41-A District Court - Shelby Township, you must make payments either at their local courthouse (52420 Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Township, MI 48316) or by using this link.
