Teen Summer Reading

Starting June 10, teens can go to any reference desk to pick up a a Summer Reading paper log and a registration prize! If you don't want to log on paper, download and log on the Beanstack app to log minutes read. Every 30 minutes earns you a badge! Every 4th badge you receive, come to the library to pick up another prize! Teens will need to complete 9 badges to finish. Please note, except for the registration prize, prizes cannot be picked up until after July 8.

Once you have finished, turn in your paper log or show Beanstack to a Librarian between July 8 and August 3 to be registered for either a free day at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, OR receive a gift card! Winners will be contacted by one of our Librarians.

Teen Book Box

Teens can treat themselves to an exciting package that includes a popular YA novel, a snack, and a fun surprise! Come back each month for a new box filled with goodies. As our Teen Librarian gets to know your preferences, each month will include hand-picked titles just for you!

Teen Community Service Project

Join our service project and gain hours while also helping yourself build character, develop empathy, learn healthy habits and develop new skills that will empower you to thrive in adulthood. Each month, we will be tackling a new project that helps ourselves, each other and the community around us.

Back to School Nerf Gun War Ever wanted to hang out in the library after hours? Ever wanted to laugh at your friends when you nail them with a Nerf Gun? Well, you can do both at our Back-to-School Nerf Gun War! Come celebrate the end of summer with the beginning of the school year with an old-fashioned Nerf Gun War. Join us after-hours on August 24 at 6 p.m.
