Food Truck Inspection

An annual food truck inspection is required by the Sterling Heights Fire Department to operate in the city of Sterling Heights. This inspection is valid for the calendar year in which the inspection was performed (January 1st-December 31st). Prior to your inspection please review the available food truck safety fact sheets. During your inspection you will be asked to provide proof of a mobile food license from a county health department and if applicable, documentation of a current UL300 code compliant inspection performed by a licensed service provider for your hood system.
