Resident Engagement and Services
Resident Services staff are available for residents to contact regarding any concern or need for City information, either in person at the Community Relations department in City Hall, by phone at 586-446-CITY, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the City’s SeeClickFix issue reporting system. On occasion, staff of the Community Relations, Library, and Parks & Recreation Departments may take photographs or videos of participants in our programs, parks, and/or special events. Please be aware that these are for the departments' use in future brochures, pamphlets, promotional material, social media platforms, press releases or for our local public access channel SHTV. If object to having photos of you or your family used for future publications, please notify the photographer at the time the photo or video is taken.
