Our DPW team has been hard at work since last night (12/9) after roughly three inches of snow fell across the city. Neighborhood plowing is underway, with crews clearing streets curb to curb and salting as they go. They’ll continue working through the night (12/10) until every neighborhood is completed.
City-maintained sidewalks and heavily used crosswalks are also being shoveled and salted to support safe travel for residents.
While the forecast shows less than an inch of additional accumulation today, ongoing rain may create icy patches. Please drive carefully, watch for slick spots, and give snowplows plenty of room.
Thank you for your patience as our crews work around the clock to keep our community safe.
