Emergency Flooding
Emergency flooding conditions are responded to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Known sanitary sewer system and lift station problem areas are checked for surcharging and proper operation during heavy rainfall.

The Complete Distribution System Materials Inventory (CDSMI) is used to characterize, record, and maintain a comprehensive inventory of distribution system materials, including service line materials on both public and private property. This list was compiled using tapping records as well as physical verification. No lead service lines have been identified in the Sterling Heights water distribution system.
